Afterburners Lit: Blackbird Keeps Accelerating!
Forward momentum picking up on and off the track this weekend!
Off track, made some good progress on a lot of things to come at Blackbird Performance
Got the first of our high compression pistons made around specs we have been refining along the way, so awesome to partner with WISECO and Vic Ellinger on them. We will soon have Race Spec rotating assembly kits, that are patterned around what we had used (and will use going forward) in our Race Spec 700+, 800+, 900+ NA and what we use in our Race Spec 1,300+, 1,500+ and 1,700+.
We have the Skunkworks home for our new CWT balancer ready, remaining parts incoming to begin selling these balanced Race Spec rotating kits.
The boss, now a wrap star, came up and helped make progress on the Skunk Works dyno cell, and thanks to Marty and his team, my biggest fan is mounted in the wall.
The Blackbird team, our facilities and our growth continues accelerating as we keep pouring caffeine and hours to the afterburners!
