Blackbird Performance Builds 1,000+ HP Supercharged Gen 3 Hemi for Charles Holland’s Dodge Polara
So much to be thankful for at Blackbird Performance as we head into the holiday.
We are certainly very thankful for getting the opportunity to work on so many cool car projects and so excited to have Charles Holland trust us to work on his just awesome Polara.
We started down the path with him to replace his Big Block Mopar with an NA Race Spec 800+ HP, but after arriving and seeing all the Superchargers around the shop, and some consideration, he decided instead to go with our yet to be announced new supercharged offering, the Race Spec 1,000+ HP engine. Should put this fantastic race car into the 4s in the 1/8th.
We love these older Polaras that have made such great race cars for so long, the chance to bring modern, reliable power to it with a G3 Hemi, in this just beautiful example. Sure doesn’t hurt it’s black and red, as we might just be a bit partial to such colors. :)
