Blackbird X Breaks 200 MPH with Allen Johnson Behind the Wheel
With Allen Johnson now driving the Blackbird X Dodge Challenger, the team continued to push the limits of NHRA’s Factory X class—making history once again by becoming the first to exceed 200 mph. Johnson delivered a 7.110-second pass at over 202 mph during qualifying in St. Louis, earning a place in the Jesel 200 MPH Club and setting a new benchmark for the class.
The performance capped off a major breakthrough weekend, with the team qualifying No. 1 and ultimately securing the event win.
